Tuition Tracker is a mobile application designed to help teachers and students manage and track their tuition classes. Teachers use it to record students, sessions, and payments; students use it to track their classes with a teacher. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Tuition Tracker is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, please do not use the app without the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
All this data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Your data is stored only on your device using Android’s standard app storage. Android system backup has been disabled for this app, so your tuition data is not copied to Google Drive or any other cloud backup service. We do not have access to your data.
Tuition Tracker is intended for users aged 13 and above. The app is a personal record-keeping tool — all information you enter is stored only on your own device and is never sent to our servers.
If a user under 13 wishes to use the app, they must only do so with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for any information entered into the app on the child’s device.
When a teacher uses the app to keep records of students (which may include minors), the teacher is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority — from themselves, from the school, or from a parent or guardian — to keep those records. Student information entered by a teacher stays on the teacher’s device only.
Advertisements, when enabled, are served by Google AdMob with the app marked as not directed to children, so personalized advertising is not targeted at users under 18.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 on our servers.

When you use the Export feature to share your data as a CSV file, the temporary file is automatically removed from the app’s cache on the next export, so it does not linger on your device. The destination of any shared copy (email, Drive, Telegram, etc.) is controlled by you.
